Caryn Braddy
Caryn Braddy is the director of the Delta Vision Home and Community Program. She has been the director of DVHCP since its inception eleven years ago. Caryn received her B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado in Elementary Education. She believes that education should be individualized specific to the needs, skills and dreams of each person. She has chosen not only to work for this program but she believes in it strongly enough to enroll her own children here.
The Assistant Director
Jeff Clemens
Jeff was born in southern California and his family moved to Cedaredge when he was 7 years old. He grew up in the Surface Creek area and graduated from Cedaredge High School. After pursuing Fine Arts at Adams State College, he transferred to Penn State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. After being a Landscape Architect in Boulder, a youth pastor in Denver, and then building orphanages in Mexico, Jeff joined the Delta Vision Program as a Resource Consultant in early 2006. He’s currently the Assistant Director for the program, and thoroughly enjoys being of service and getting to know learners and families in the program. “I’m delighted to be a part of a caring team a folks who genuinely work toward helping families create the absolute best learning environment for their kids. Instead of trying to fit kids and families into our school system, we actively look for ways to try and make the learning environment fit the needs and interests of each student. Every child is so unique and gifted in their own way, why would you want it any other way?” Jeff loves to spend time with his family (his wife Shannon and 3 children---Nathan, Naomi, and Rachel), paint watercolor, make pottery, tinker with technology, and enjoy the outdoors. He is also an avid designer that loves to transform properties or spaces into meaningful environments. .

I believe that you can not force a child to learn. By working at their skill level, making it interesting, and teaching to their learning style, they will want to learner and have fun doing it. A child must see that we are just as excited about their learning as they are-share in their accomplishments. Praise them, they deserve it! Where would any of us be without these wonderful children.?. .
The Resource Administrator
Elaine Queen
I have been a part of the Vision Program since its inception in 2000. I was a Resource Consultant in the North Fork Office when it began and became a part of the Delta program when it began the next year. Later I became part of the staff group in the Delta Office. Currently I am the Resource Administrator for the Delta Office which includes processing funding for learners as well as working with the Educators in our network. I have loved seeing our learners grow and become successful graduates pursuing their passions!! I feel parents have a tremendous knowledge about their children and how they learn best and this program allows for parents to have that input! Children have a world of knowledge at their fingertips with all the technology today and this program lets them tap into that knowledge and soar! I am so thankful to be a part of this program and the success stories that come because of it.
