Library News

The new library system is up and running wonderfully. The library items have all been put into an updated system, spine labeled for easy placement, and given a number for check-out/in proficiency. The library again houses the curriculum in the “Curriculum Corner” along with manipulatives and fun educational games on the smaller 2-shelved bookshelves within that area. All lower grade, middle grade, and upper grade interest books are then shelved accordingly first by series and then by AR vocabulary content level. We then have science, The Arts, Humanities, Biographies, Poetry books. On the last book shelf are various VHS videos, DVDs and College support. Along the drop down desks you will find a wide variety of educational software. Curriculum is checked out for a year and all other resources are checked out for 3 weeks. To check out any item in the library just put the Learner’s first and last name on the check-out card and hand it to the person at the front desk. You can also browse the available books from our main web page: under “Links,” see “Library Search” or click here.
